Dave Leslie moved to Huntsville in 2014 to immerse himself in the beauty of Muskoka and the exceptional adventures it brings! Dave grew up in a small town outside of Guelph, ON and spent his summers cottaging on Lake Rosseau and Georgian Bay; this is where Dave fell in love with the lifestyle Muskoka offers. After 5+ successful years working in construction equipment sales Dave was ready to take on a new challenge and made the move into real estate, bringing his incredible work ethic and ability to exceed client expectations. With the support of his family he took a leap of faith and has never looked back. Within his first full year Dave was recognized into Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Elite and received an award for providing Ultimate Service! His relentless pursuit to deliver the premier real estate experience in Muskoka is evident in his every day commitment to his clients and the results he achieves for them. In his down time, Dave enjoys spending time swimming, boating and atv’ing with his two boys and his amazing wife Malori!
Melissa Munro
Born and raised in Toronto, Melissa and her family moved to Huntsville in 2019 to enjoy the lifestyle that comes with Muskoka living. Melissa is very familiar with Huntsville and all it has to offer as she has been cottaging in the area her whole life. Melissa brings 10 years of real estate development knowledge and is looking forward to continuing to learn more about real estate in Muskoka. Melissa’s strong attention to detail, work ethic and passion are only a few of the things that she brings to the team. Melissa enjoy’s spending time with her family, and exploring all the wonderful activities Muskoka is known for.
Jason Rudge
With over 20 years of customer service experience and a deep-seated passion for assisting customers, Jason is eager to bring his expertise to the forefront of the Dave Leslie Real Estate Group. Originally drawn to the Muskoka region while guiding canoe trips in Algonquin Park, Jason fell in love with the area and now proudly calls it home with his wife and two children. His keen attention to detail and unwavering focus on nurturing relationships and providing personalized experiences, along with his intimate knowledge of the local community and dedication to customer satisfaction, make him a valuable asset to the team. In addition to his professional endeavours, Jason remains actively engaged in the community through his involvement with the Huntsville Lacrosse Association. Whether coaching locally, provincially, or on an international scale, Jason's dedication to making a positive impact extends far beyond the realm of real estate.
Brooke Tam
After a few incredible summers, Brooke took a leap of faith and decided to make Huntsville her new home. She joined the Dave Leslie Real Estate Group in 2023 as an Administrative Assistant and made an immediate impact providing exceptional service to our clients. Along with her passion for real estate and work ethic, Brooke brings fun and energy to the team!! Brooke continues to develop her skills and has aspirations of becoming a licensed Realtor one day! In Brooke’s downtime, she enjoys visiting her family and 2 pups, Dexter and Moose.
