Is the market picking up?

There’s been a noticeable increase in activity over the last month which likely will continue towards the spring. No further rate hikes will help! Buyers and Sellers are both showing more confidence in real estate prices leading to more balance and an uptick in transactions. It’s important to remember that average sale prices are still significantly higher than pre covid and a well priced, well marketed home will do well in any market.
