As the days get longer and the temperatures rise, spring is officially making its presence known! We were blessed last week with patio weather (we took full advantage of it). The water levels are (hopefully) stabilizing, and the excitement of warmer days ahead is in the air. We’ve heard rumblings that our favourite food trucks are prepping their kitchens for our arrival 🤤. 

While the real estate market had a slow start this season, we’re seeing momentum build as we head into April. If you’ve been waiting for the right time to make your move, maybe now’s the time.
