April showers bring May Flowers

April 18, 2024

As we welcome April in Muskoka, we’re anticipating the familiar rhythm of spring showers to bring forth May flowers. However, with the promise of renewal comes a reminder of nature’s power as flood warnings echo through our region. Water levels are on the rise, urging us to remain vigilant.

Last week, our team had the opportunity to connect with fellow real estate professionals at a conference in Ottawa. It’s always invigorating to engage with colleagues, exchanging insights and staying abreast of the latest trends in real estate marketing. Our commitment to excellence drives us to continuously evolve and adapt, ensuring we provide the best service to our clients.

We started our journey with a tour of Parliament and then joined the amazing crew at CB Sarazen for dinner at a local favourite in Ottawa, Prohibition House. Amazing food and drinks (despite the name), worth the visit if you find yourself in that part of town! We chatted with them about their market and the recent changes in real estate (TRESA).

Let’s navigate the changing tides together, embracing the beauty and challenges of the season.Cheers
Dave, Mel & Brooke
