🍁 Turning up the heat this Fall! 🍁

October 14, 2022

We hope everyone had a great time with friends and family over Thanksgiving weekend including good food and bevies! It’s the time of year boats and cottages get put away for the year and also when the real estate market heats up 🔥. The fall is the last big push of the year for buying and selling before the snow comes in, and things tend to slow down. Don’t forget though there’s opportunity in any market and any time of year for those willing and able to capitalize on them!!
